Junior Overman (Trainee)1. Diploma in Mining or Mining engineering or other equivalent qualification approved in that behalf by the Central Government and
2. Valid Overman’s Certificate of Competency from DGMS under Coal Mines Regulation 2017 or any certificate in Mining which entitled to work as Overman as per Coal Mines Regulation 2017 and
3. Valid First Aid Certificate
Junior Surveyor (Trainee)1. Diploma in Mining (or) Diploma in Mining engineering (or) Diploma in Mine Surveying (or) Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or) National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Surveying and
2. Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency as per CMR 2017
Sirdar (Selection Grade-I)1. Diploma or Degree in any subject other than Mining Engineering and
2. Mining Sirdar Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS and

NLCIL organized Fit India Freedom Run 3.0 at Neyveli Township on 28th of October 2022, to promote physical fitness and create awareness about physical &mental health among the people, wherein over 7000 people from all Walks of life in all age groups took part in the event. The Chairman cum Managing Director, Shri. Rakesh Kumar, NLCIL, flagged off the run in the presence of Shri Saba Rajendran,Hon’ble MLA, Neyveli, Shri. K. Balasubramaniam, IAS, District Collector, Cuddalore. Shri. Shaji John, Director (Power), Shri. K Mohan Reddy, Director (Planning & Projects), Dr. Suresh Chandra Suman, Director (Mines), Shri. L. Chandrasekar, IFS, Chief Vigilance Officer, NLCIL, Executive Directors, and other Senior officials of NLCIL took part in the event.
