Dean, Faculty of Veterinary Science	Ph.D. in the separate staff, in addition to 15 years involvement with instructing, research, expansion training, with at least 10 years technical and administrative experience (taken together) but out of which at least have a 5 years of technical nature not below the rank of Professor or its equivalent
Dean, Faculty of Dairy Technology	Ph.D. in the separate staff, in addition to 15 years involvement with instructing, research, expansion training , with at least 10 years technical and administrative experience (taken together) but out of which at least have 5 years of technical nature not below the rank of Professor or its equivalent;
Dean, Faculty of Lower Education	Ph.D. in any of the faculties of the University plus 15 years experience in teaching, research, extension education, with at least 10 years technical and administrative experience (taken together) but out of which minimum 5 years of technical nature not below the rank of Professor or its equivalent;
Director of Extension Education	Ph. D. in any of the faculties of the University plus 15 years experience in teaching, research, extension education, with at least 10 years technical and administrative experience (taken together) but out of which minimum 5 years of technical nature not below the rank of Professor or its equivalent;
Director of Research	Ph.
